Complete a first report of injury form and promptly send to the workers compensation insurance claim office identified in your workers compensation claims kit sent to your business following your last renewal and provide a copy to our office. Or, phone your claim in to the 800 reporting claim center offered as an option by some of the insurance companies; this number will vary depending on your assigned insurance company.
Forward all medical bills to the insurance companies adjuster once assigned or include all initial bills with the first report of injury.
Investigate the accident to identify and implement corrective action strategies to prevent a similar type of accident.
